Email orders@qtcoffee.com. Include your order number when asking about a purchase. Please do not email passwords or payment-card information.

Account help

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to request a reset code. You can update your profile, shipping address, and email preference from the Account tab. To permanently delete your account, open Account → Account deletion in the iOS app.

Orders and shipping

Signed-in customers can review order status and totals in the Account tab. When tracking is available, use the tracking information included with your shipment notification.
