QT Coffee Privacy Policy

QT Coffee Company (“QT Coffee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the QT Coffee website and iOS app. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: username, name, email address, password in hashed form, verification status, phone number, saved shipping address, and marketing preference.
- Orders: products, totals, fulfillment and tracking details, delivery address, and transaction references. Payment-card information is entered in Stripe's hosted checkout and is not stored by QT Coffee.
- Content: product ratings and reviews you choose to submit.
- Technical information: session cookies and limited server logs needed to authenticate requests, protect the service, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process and deliver orders, provide support, display order history and reviews, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and—with your opt-in—send QT Coffee news and offers. We do not sell personal information or use it to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Service providers
We share only the information needed to provide the service with providers such as Stripe for hosted payment processing, Shippo and shipping carriers for rates, labels, tracking, and delivery, and email-delivery providers for account and order messages. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and account deletion
You can delete your account inside the iOS app from Account → Account deletion. Deletion removes your profile, active sessions, verification/reset records, and reviews. We may retain completed order and transaction records when reasonably required for fulfillment, fraud prevention, taxes, accounting, disputes, or other legal obligations. Retained records are limited to those purposes.
Your choices
You can update your profile and marketing preference in the Account screen. You may request access, correction, or deletion assistance by contacting us. You can also stop marketing email using the preference in your profile.
Security and children
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. QT Coffee is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes and contact
